Louisville, KY - meet People in Planes
we arrive in Louisville for the 6th of 6 shows in a row. we’ve got new tourmates in Wales’ People in Planes. they speak funny and they have strange names, but they’re nice fellas and then do bust out some nice big loud music. get used to seeing them here because they’re on tour with us until Thanksgiving.

the PIP guys use their trailer as backstage hangout.

after the show, this father/son security duo describe the incident an hour earlier in which one drunk guy smashed a bottle over another guy’s head. then the smashee accidentally punched his own girlfriend, who later punched the smasher out.
this totally happened spontaneously.
the more we asked Ian to exit the bus, the more he flashed this odd peace sign.
I attempt to show Pete how we pose for pictures here in the US of A. clearly, there is much for him to learn.
